MAREIN Boutique Hotel offers 25 rooms on the seafront in Mahmutlar, one of the calmest districts of Alanya. We operate as an Adults Only 12+ hotel on a bed & breakfast basis. Every room has a balcony, Mediterranean sea view, air conditioning and 24-hour hot water. Our staff speaks English, Russian and Turkish.

Sea View Rooms and Suites

The hotel has four room categories — from compact standard rooms to a spacious family suite. Every room features a double bed and a sofa bed that serves as an additional sleeping place.

Standard Rooms with Sea View

Standard Room Side Sea View (21 m²) with a side view and Standard Room Sea View (26 m²) with a direct sea view are an excellent choice for couples and travellers who value comfort and proximity to the beach. Each has a bathroom with a shower, a vanity mirror and toiletries.

Premium Suite with Jacuzzi

Premium Suite With Jacuzzi (25 m²) is a room with two balconies, one of which features a jacuzzi with a direct view of the Mediterranean. The jacuzzi is available in this category only. 

Family Suite

Family Suite Side Sea (34 m²) with a side sea view is the most spacious option. It offers a double bed, a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, along with two bathrooms, giving everyone their own personal space.

What Every Room Includes

All MAREIN rooms come with a balcony, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, unstocked mini-bar, electronic safe, hairdryer and telephone. Complimentary daily: two bottles of drinking water, tea, coffee and herbal tea. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every two days and bed linen every three days.

Beach and Pool

The beach is located just across the road from the hotel: sand-and-pebble, with a sandy seabed and a gentle entry into the water. Guests have access to an open-air adults-only pool, heated during the winter season. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge, and beach towels are issued at reception with a towel card.

Location and Booking

The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, cafés and shopping streets with genuine local character. It is about 500 metres to the centre of Mahmutlar and roughly 12 km to central Alanya. The best rates are always available when you book directly on the official website.
